Our Story
We started with a simple frustration: hiring in tech was broken.
Companies struggled to find real talent. Talented people were stuck in black-hole hiring funnels.
We knew there had to be a better way. So we built it.
Founded by former engineers and hiring leaders, our team set out to rethink tech recruiting cutting through noise, removing fluff, and focusing on what actually matters: skill, fit, and speed.
